The plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for the heat exchange of liquid - liquid and liquid - vapor. It is a new type of high efficiency heat exchanger which is made up of some columns of metal sheet with a certain shape of ripple. The unique structure makes it a good advantage in many kinds of heat exchangers, so how does it work?
Plate heat exchanger is composed of many stamping corrugated plates at certain intervals, all around through the gasket seal, and pressing frame and overlapping spiral pressed plate and a gasket, the angle of the four hole forming fluid distributing and collecting pipe, and reasonably cold and hot fluid separately, which were flowing in on both sides of each runner plate, through the heat exchange plate.

Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates, and heat exchange is carried out by half pieces. The working fluid flows through a narrow and zigzag channel formed between two plates. The hot and cold fluid passes through the flow channel in turn, and the fluid is separated by a partition plate in the middle, and the plate is used to heat the heat. The structure and heat transfer principle of plate heat exchanger decide its compact structure, small floor area, high heat transfer efficiency, large operation flexibility, wide application scope, small heat loss, easy installation and cleaning.
