In the process of installing the plate heat exchanger, enough space should be left at both ends of the heat exchanger for maintenance and cleaning. The heat exchanger shall not operate under the conditions specified by the nameplate, and observe and analyze the temperature and pressure of the heat exchanger medium, so as to prevent the abnormal operation of the heat exchanger.
